Witness Trips is a folk singing musician from a little bit of everywhere who writes songs about the life he’s lived and the lives of those around him. Armed with a guitar and a surplus of harmonicas, Witness Trips works to remind a crowd about the ups and downs of the human condition. Born from Jonathan's return to his Minnesota roots in 2015, after a musical journey through NYC, LA, and Seattle, SELA RUNN draws inspiration from his father's records which included icons such as James Taylor, Simon and Garfunkel, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, and Springsteen. The newly released single, "Skin to Skin," recorded and produced by the incredible local musician Luke Enyeart, lyrically captivates real-life moments of being vulnerable, sung as if no one but a story and the guitar are present.
